Once an order has been confirmed and submitted, cancellations will not be allowed.

All orders will be reserved for 2 working day. Orders will be released to the next request if payment is not received by the next working day.

If order is cancelled due to product unavailability or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.

If you have opted for registered mail, we will email you the registered post tracking number so that you can track your delivery status.

All orders will be processed within 3 business days and shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of full payment.

No cancellations/Refunds/Amendments are allowed after orders are placed and payment made.

For urgent orders, please request for urgent services. Additional charges may apply.

For self-collection, orders to be collected from Blk 195 The Periwinkle, Punggol Road. Please confirm timing prior to collection.

Shipping Information and Delivery charges

Once an order is received and confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Please note that processing time may be longer during feastive period.

All local mail delivery will be by normal/registered mail. Do note that Precioso will not be liable for any lost mails by normal mail. We strongly recommend customers to opt for registered mail instead.

For 1-2 items, a flat postage fee of $2 applies. Postage will be waived for orders of $30 and above. ** For registered mail, kindly add$2.25 to the total amount.
